Doesn’t fit? Color clash? Not a problem!
At Primigiusa.com we want you to be happy with your purchase.
You may return any Primigiusa.com product in their original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with receipt or packing slip, for a full refund of the purchase price. Freight charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. All returns must include the original packaging in resalable condition.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
This return policy applies only to merchandise purchased on Primigiusa.com and not at any other Primigi retailer.
START A RETURN
1. To begin, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label. Please include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, a pre-paid return label will be generated and e-mailed to you.
3. You may drop of the package with the e-mailed label to the appropriate authorized shipping outlet. Please retain the tracking information for your records.
NOTE THAT THE RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL REFUND.
Returns made not using our pre-paid return label must be paid for, in its entirety, by the customer.
Returns take 2-3 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Primigiusa.com reserves the right to refuse credit for worn or damaged merchandise.
All SALE items are FINAL sale. No returns.
Any returns that do not comply with the Primigiusa.com return policy, including damaged packaging, will not be credited.
WE DO NOT PERFORM EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. Please place a new order to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE POLICY
This defective merchandise policy applies only to merchandise purchased on Primigiusa.com and not any other Primigi retailer.
We will replace, if item is still available, any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To begin this process you must send an e-mail to email@example.com. You will need to provide us with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the problem and you will receive a prompt response within 1 business day, as to whether we will accept the return as defective. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the issue may have caused you and look forward to resolving it right away.
