Quality System
On 7 February 2011 RIELS INSTRUMENTS achieved the important objective of certification of the company's Quality System in compliance with the international UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
Certification was issued by SGS Italia S.p.a.
The certified activities include the marketing of instruments for process control and industrial automation.
The purpose of the certification is to develop, carry out and improve the efficiency of the quality management system, so as to increase the satisfaction of our Customers.
The whole staff of RIELS INSTRUMENTS is involved in the Quality Policy and each company process is constantly kept under control. This system is expressed in management and technical actions applied methodically within the organizational and production system in an orderly manner, planned and documented, aimed at achieving the following objectives:
? obtaining full customer satisfaction;
? improvement of the management results;
? achievement of higher levels of competitiveness on the market;
? constant and continuous improvement in the quality of the product and quality system.
An important part of the quality system is the selection of our suppliers and hence the continuous control of the quality of the raw materials and components.
Fundamentally important for the achieving of the quality objectives is the contribution by our Customers, as any reason for dissatisfaction by one of our Customers is analyzed by Company Management in order to discover and eliminate the causes.
